Owned by ESPN, Intellimedia Sports, Inc. was
founded in 1991 to develop multimedia sports instructional
products for various platforms. IntelliPlay is the brand name of
the company. In August 1994, Intellimedia won the award for
multimedia vendor of the RetailVision show in Florida.
Intellimedia Sports, Inc. has created a series of sports CD-ROMs
that combine video clips, slides, graphics, text, and audio to
give coaches and players a personalized instructional tool for
improving their game. Coaches and players will enjoy watching
and listening to professional athletes share not only their
expertise of the sport, but also their personal stories.
