DESCRIPTION OF CURRENT YOUTH/CHILDREN'S SERVICES

I love using technology to enhance the use of the Texas Bluebonnet Award books in the library. I have worked with groups of students to develop reader's theater and PowerPoint presentations, and I love reading aloud every morning in the library from one of the Bluebonnet books. Incorporating the Internet and TLC resources with our academic curriculum, and collaborating with teachers to deliver library skills and objectives at the students' point of need is so important! I love my job!
