The San Antonio Public Library serves the eighth largest urban population in the United States. The library's Web site is an important part of outreach to the community. Below is graphical representation of the project and status of individual tasks. Each task has an associated web page which lists the progression of documentation. This documentation is extensive and open to the public. Deliverables, items given to SAPL during the project, are listed in the section below the phase chart. The Weekly Log, from UTIAG members, tracks the thoughts and practice of the IA process.
