• In attendance: Rhonda Kuiper, David Brackus, Violet Le, Marlene Graham, Sally Krash and Shuwen Pam Liang
  
  
  
• Old Business
  As to the IA Web Page, Sally pointed out that she and Eric Magnuson are listed as "former members". Since they are both "current members", the web page should be updated accordingly. Also, it should be stated on the web page that the San Antonio Public Library Project has been concluded.
  
  
• Projects.
  It was decided to move ahead with Kayla's project and Violet's projects, and not pursue Kristy's project for the time being. These projects are further described below:

  1. Kristy Wolf's project with the UT Digital Library. Kristy has decided that since she needs more "upfront time" to develop this project, that it be placed on the "back burner" until Spring Semester, 2002 when it can be reconsidered.

  2. Kayla Chioco's project with the GSLIS lab portal and reserve database. Sarah, Eric, Sally and Marlene have all enthusiastically agreed to help out with this project. There are four points to this proposal: taxonomy, database, usability and design. This project could be considered as one designed from "scratch".
  
  3. Violet Le's project with the Center for Computational Visualization. Dr. Bajaj was invited to today's meeting, and he gave an overview and explanation of the CCV's current web page and how he thinks it could be improved. This project could be considered an "existing" project, where we would take an existing web page and give our recommendations on how to improve it according to the information architect process. Rhonda stated that she would send an e-mail to everyone in the group asking for participation on this particular project.
  
  There being nothing else, this meeting was adjourned at approximately 1:30 p.m.
