Mac's Address Book allows you to keep track of virtual "business cards."   You can store names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, etc. in one convenient place.   Address Book integrates with Mail to provide email addresses.

iCal

iCal is a calendar program that can be used to keep track of appointments by day, week, and month.   The program offers multi-colored labels for easy organization.   You can also create to-do lists and event reminders.
