Popup Blocking
Popup blocking is integrated into Firefox and already active. Firefox informs you in two different ways when a popup is blocked. A small X that looks like shows up in the bottom right corner of the status bar at the bottom of the browser. Additionally, right under the tab toolbar, or the bookmark toolbar if you only have one window open a message bar appears.

By clicking on the X or the message bar, the following options appear. These options allow you to allow the current site to trigger popup ads now and in the future, personalize your popup preferences, stop these messages from appearing, and allow the current popup to be shown, but make no other changes.

Selecting Edit Popup Blocker Options allows you to name more than one website that will be allowed to show pop-ups.
