Create a Signature
A signature is a line or lines of text, usually your name and contact information, that appear at the bottom of the emails you send.Select the signature tab at the bottom of the left side bar.Double click on "Standard."
A text window will appear for you to type your signature .
Save changes.
To insert the signature in your email, use the pull down menu in the message window to select it.
